Spartan Boot Camp is a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), that blends body-weight exercise and functional training classes in an outdoor setting. The class combines all fitness aspects – strength, flexibility, endurance, plyometrics, mobility, and agility. The name of the class was inspired by the popular Spartan Race, a global series of challenging obstacle races where competitors must run, crawl, jump, swim, and overcome a variety of obstacles.
Spartan Boot Camp has elements similar to CrossFit, but without the Olympic weightlifting component.
